Professional Conduct & Zero Tolerance Policy

At Soul Serenity Massage, we are committed to providing a safe, respectful and professional environment for every client and therapist.

Massage therapy is a professional healthcare and wellness service. We have a zero tolerance policy towards any inappropriate, sexually suggestive, abusive or disrespectful behaviour.

The following behaviours are not acceptable and will result in the immediate termination of the treatment:

• Sexual comments, jokes or suggestive conversation.

• Inappropriate touching or attempts to touch the therapist.

• Requests for sexual services or any treatment outside the therapist's professional scope of practice.

• Deliberate exposure of intimate areas beyond what is necessary for treatment.

• Lewd gestures, noises or behaviour of a sexual nature.

• Any behaviour that causes the therapist to feel unsafe, threatened or uncomfortable.

If inappropriate behaviour occurs:

• The massage will end immediately.

• The full treatment fee remains payable.

• The client may be refused future appointments.

• Serious incidents may be reported to the appropriate authorities where necessary.

Professional draping is maintained throughout every treatment to ensure your comfort, privacy and dignity. Clients are expected to remain appropriately covered at all times except for the area being treated.
